    What is the delivery time for my order?

    Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse to ensure the best value for money. This helps save costs and reduce CO2 emissions. Orders are processed within 1-3 days (2 days on average), and the shipping time is typically 10-15 days (12 days on average).

    Once your package is handed over to the postal service, tracking information becomes available. Please note that sometimes it may take a little while before the tracking details are updated.

    I want to return an item, what should I do?

    If you're not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the products are in their original condition with tags attached and show no signs of use.
